ChargeWorld LLC provides a digital catalog of electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment, including tools to compare, sort, and export charger specifications and related data. The Service includes both free and paid features. Certain enhanced features require a paid subscription. Access to any part of the Service, whether free or paid, is governed by these Terms. ChargeWorld LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, including free access, at any time without notice.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old.

Subject to these Terms, ChargeWorld LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the data or content obtained through the Service except as expressly permitted under your subscription plan.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChargeWorld LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent.
The charger data displayed in the catalog may include information sourced from manufacturers or public data. Such information remains the property of its respective owners, and ChargeWorld makes no claim of ownership over third-party trademarks or data.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
We may remove any user-submitted material that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Users are responsible for applicable taxes and fees. Billing disputes must be reported within thirty (30) days of the charge.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Upon termination, all provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
ChargeWorld does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of product specifications, pricing, or other data displayed on the Service.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CHARGEWORLD LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
ChargeWorld's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to ChargeWorld in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChargeWorld LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, including any claim arising from your use of product data, exports, or reliance on catalog information.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Material changes will be posted on this page with updated effective dates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in King County, Washington.
